ScribeStandard examines the technology used in clinical work: what it captures, what it misses, how quickly it responds and what it costs in data.

What this publication is

A record of reproducible testing workflows and explicitly scoped analysis. The first edition uses one selected successful capture per product and case. It should not be treated as a universal ranking of vendors.

The note reviews are performed by one unblinded AI assistant. A clinician may disagree with individual judgements. These findings do not establish patient safety, regulatory compliance or suitability for a particular practice.

Our editorial commitments

• Show missing data as missing, not zero.
• Distinguish capture failures from product accuracy.
• Keep measured and estimated timings visibly separate.
• Disclose synthetic fixtures, unsupported language exclusions and provisional references.
• Preserve old results when a new methodology or capture replaces them.
• Avoid publishing source recordings without verified redistribution rights.
